General terms and conditions


The online shop www.shop.tajfun.com allows you to purchase promotional products of Tajfun Planina d.o.o., Planina pri Sevnici 41a, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

The General Terms and Conditions of the Tajfun Fanshop online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online shop, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the website user or customer.

By placing an order for the purchase of selected items in the Tajfun Fanshop, the Customer confirms that he/she is familiar with the full text of the General Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the Privacy Policy (which is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions) and agrees to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.


Purchases can be made from www.shop.tajfun.com as a guest or as a registered user. In both cases, the user's purchase details are recorded in the database. The registration process can be done through the purchase steps or separately on the "Login" subpage. By registering, the user obtains a username identical to their e-mail address and a password. The username and password indisputably identify and link the user to the data entered. Registered users are then given access to their order history and account details. Each user may change their account details at any time by logging into their profile. The data that cannot be changed is the e-mail address. In case the user wishes to change their e-mail address, they must create a new user account through the registration process.

The protection of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions.

For each subsequent purchase, the user must log in to the online shop with the username and password (which he/she obtained during registration) and, once logged in, he/she can change, update and review his/her details in the My Account tab.

After viewing the offer, the user can select the "Add to basket" option next to the selected items. The selected items are collected in a basket (top right tab), which the user can check at any time and edit the items in it (change the quantity and/or remove them from the list). The user completes the order by clicking on the "Checkout" button, where he/she checks the list of selected products. In the shopping cart, the user completes the whole purchase in 3 steps:

Step 1: The user reviews his/her order (list and quantity of items) and modifies it as he/she wishes. If the quantity is changed, the amount in the basket is automatically recalculated. In this step, the user can enter any promotional discount code to benefit from an additional discount on the purchase. After entering the discount code, the discount is calculated by clicking on the "Confirm" button. Additional discount codes may be limited in time, quantity or value.

By clicking on the "Continue Order" button, the user continues the purchase process to step 2.

Step 2: Choosing how to buy. You can Purchase without registration, Login with an existing account or Register.

In the case of a purchase without registration, the user makes the purchase as a guest, which means that in the following steps, the user only needs to provide the information necessary to place the order. In this case, no user account has been created during the purchase process that the user could use to log in to the online shop in the future.

If the user has previously registered, they can choose to log in with an existing account in this step. If the user has forgotten their password, they can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password?". Otherwise, any new user can register by entering his/her e-mail address and the desired password and clicking on "Register" to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: The user enters the email details, first and last name, delivery address (address, postcode, city and country) and telephone number.

If the user wants the invoice to be in the name of a company, he/she must tick this box and add the company's details: company name, tax number and whether the company is subject to VAT.

The shipping cost will be displayed before the order is placed.

The user proceeds to the next step by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button.

Step 4: The user selects the payment method (invoice, credit card or PayPal), indicates that he/she accepts the General Terms and Conditions and clicks on the "Confirm" button to complete the purchase and place the order. The user will receive a confirmation of the purchase and an e-mail confirming the purchase with a summary of the purchase to the e-mail address entered in the shopping cart. When the payment method is selected (credit card or PayPal), the user is accordingly redirected to the interface where he/she completes the payment and is presented with the confirmation page of the purchase after successful payment. At the same time, a summary of the order is sent to the e-mail address entered.

Upon the User's confirmation and completion of the order, in step 4 of the purchase process, the Company sends the User an email confirming his/her order. However, prior to confirmation, the Company will review the order and reserves the right to reject the order in the event that the item is no longer in stock or in the event of manifestly incorrect pricing of the item, which may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which the User will be notified as soon as possible.

In case of any ambiguity, to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, the Company may call the User on the telephone number entered in the shopping cart.

The purchase contract between the Company and the user (Customer) is concluded at the moment the Company confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Company and the Customer. The Customer shall be deemed to be the person whose details were provided at the time the order was placed. No subsequent changes to the customer's details are possible.

By placing an order, the Customer guarantees the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirms the General Terms and Conditions and irrevocably and exclusively acknowledges and accepts them as an integral part of his/her order.

The confirmed order or the concluded contract shall be stored electronically at the Company's registered office. The Customer may obtain a copy of the Contract by requesting it by e-mail to shop@tajfun.com or by addressing the request to Tajfun Planina d.o.o., Planina pri Sevnici 41a, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici.

Material defects, complaints, service and warranty

Under the ZVPot, the Company is liable for material defects in the goods.

The Customer must notify the Company of any material defect, together with a detailed description of the defect, within two months of discovering the defect and at the same time allow the goods to be inspected. The Company shall not be liable for material defects in the goods that become apparent after the expiry of the statutory period. The right to claim for material defects in the goods is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

The Company recognises the importance of handling complaints and therefore endeavours to deal with any complaints as soon as possible, to the mutual satisfaction of both parties and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Complaints (return of faulty, incomplete or damaged goods) must be made by e-mail to shop@tajfun.com or in writing to the Company. After confirmation or coordination with the Customer, the Company will arrange collection of the shipment via the Slovenian Post or another provider. A copy of the original invoice must be submitted along with the goods claimed.


All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, which is clearly indicated on the final invoice. Prices and other benefits, if any, are valid at the time the order is placed and have no predefined validity. The prices listed in the online shop www.shop.tajfun.com are valid for online purchases only. The company reserves the right to change the prices of the assortment on a daily basis without prior notice.

In the event that the price information is incorrect or the price is changed during the processing of the order, the Company shall allow the Customer to withdraw from the purchase.


Payment method

Regardless of the method of payment chosen, the Customer receives the invoice for the purchase in physical form in the shipment at the same time as the item.

The following payment methods are available in the online shop www. shop.tajfun.com:

by invoice - after purchase, the Customer receives payment details at the e-mail address entered, which are used to make the payment**

by PayPal.

When paying online by credit card, please notify us at shop@tajfun.com or 03-746-44-18 if you want to cancel your order or change your payment method.

**On receipt of payment after the quotation/invoice has been received, the order will proceed to processing.

If you choose to pay "by invoice", you will receive the following information via e-mail: the amount of the payment, the transaction account, the reference and the purpose of the payment. In this case, the Customer pays for the goods ordered by means of a general payment order (UPN form) at a bank, post office or online bank. After the payment has been made, the Customer may send a confirmation of payment to shop@tajfun.com to speed up the processing of the order. The invoice received must be settled within working days at the latest, otherwise the Company will cancel the order.

Delivery and collection

Ordered goods in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days (Slovenia) or 10 working days (abroad) after receipt of the order or after receipt of payment in the case of payment on account. Due to holidays or weekends, shipping times may be extended, so please be understanding. If the goods ordered are currently out of stock, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone.

Delivery is made in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije or another delivery service. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, he/she may collect the ordered items in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.

The Customer is obliged to visually and numerically inspect the goods upon receipt and to document any visible damage to the goods. A notice of complaint must be sent immediately by the Customer to shop@tajfun.com or in writing to: Tajfun Planina d.o.o., Planina pri Sevnici 41a, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici.

Delivery charges, invoice

Packaging and delivery costs are to be paid by the Customer. Packaging and delivery costs are already charged when you buy from www.shop.tajfun.com and are shown separately before you place your order. VAT is included in the delivery price. The cost is calculated according to the current price list and the weight of the shipment.

Upon receipt of the goods delivered, the Customer will also receive the original invoice with all the details and in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale published on this page and confirmed at the time of placing the order.

The invoice itemises the price and all costs related to the purchase.

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before placing the order, as any subsequent objections to the accuracy of the invoices will not be considered by the Company.

Withdrawal from the contract

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the delivery of the goods without giving any reason and to send a written notice of withdrawal within this period (this applies exclusively to natural persons - consumers who acquire the goods for purposes outside their own business).

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company by an unequivocal statement and submit a written withdrawal statement addressed to Tajfun Planina d.o.o., Planina 41a, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici or send it by e-mail to the following e-mail address: shop@tajfun.com. For this purpose, the Customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is available to the Customer here (link to the complaint form).

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the Customer has already received the goods and withdraws from the Contract, the Customer must return the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days of the date of sending the withdrawal notice to Tajfun Planina d.o.o., Planina 41a, 3225 Planina pri Sevnici. The goods must be returned undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all the related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.

The company has the right to withhold reimbursement of the purchase price received until the goods have been collected or the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back. The Company undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Complaints and disputes

The company complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to ensure an effective complaint handling system.

In case of problems, the Customer may contact the Company by telephone on 03-746-44-18 or by e-mail shop@tajfun.com. The complaint handling process is confidential.

The company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and keep the customer informed of the complaint handling process.

Any disputes arising out of the use of the online shop www.shop.tajfun.com between the Customer and the Company shall be resolved by the parties by mutual agreement in the first instance. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled before the court of subject matter jurisdiction in Celje.

The company does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.

Protection of personal data

By concluding the Purchase Contract, the Customer agrees that the Company shall store and use the Customer's personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices, newsletters) and other necessary communication, in the manner and under the conditions as detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is published on the website www.shop.tajfun.com and forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Business.

It is the user's responsibility to protect their personal data by ensuring that their username and password are secure and that the original equipment on their computer is up-to-date and virus-protected.
